great console but i have a PC and to be honest at the end of the day i just didnt play it enough to defend the cost or purchase. great but if you have PC money just buy a good set up and you are pretty much set and can play everything.

The console does what is supposed to do, good quality games. The controller fills good on hand. I don't have a space problem in my room, so it doesn't bother me how big it is, but it could be an issue if you are lacking space. It could have a bit more memory to store more games without deleting others, but it is enough for me.

The product as expected is amazing. I purchased this just before Sony began raining their prices so, i did save up from $50-100, which is a huge plus. The product also has a backup feature that allows you to transfer all of your PS4 data remotely over to your PS5. But what makes it even better is that with the disc port, you can also digitize your disc games. Also as another perk to why I shop Best Buy is, they have price matching, AND they have a 15 day return police if your product some how breaks either from faulty software or it was damage in delivery. I recommend anyone making a purchase to do so through BestBuy for your electronic needes and purchases.

I had been a PlayStation fan since early 2000 and have seen the product line grow from strength to strength , this is an awesome product if you are into gaming, just go for it !

I own a 4090 with many of the same games I play on the ps5. The console optimization with these games is amazing and at this price I would choose it over building a gaming computer with the same performance. Temps much better than at launch and much smaller with more memory.

A PS5 is a PS5 is a PS5, so the best I can say here is to add that the price was perfectly reasonable and that the friendly staff helped us find what we were looking for quickly and easily. Long story short: my SO and I were looking for a console. After doing some hard homework, we decided the PS5 was right for us. We went to our local BB and we were seen and helped within *seconds*. A very courteous rep walked us right to the PlayStation section and showed us what we needed. I do wish the device came with two controllers - but what are you gonna do? Sony makes those decisions, not Best Buy. We wound up buying a second controller elsewhere, but in hindsight we hardly needed to - we thought we could get a better deal, but the price was exactly the same. Spare yourself the trouble we put ourselves through and just buy your second controller here. If you're not sure about buying a console, or if you have questions, Best Buy is the place to go!

Honestly the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I love the new upgrade from the original ps5 that came out on its first release date. It’s a lot smaller than the original and that’s a huge plus.

best console in the world you have adaptive control, good graphics that run at 4K 60 fps, a very good experience in navigating the operating system and many games

This is a great buy even without the discount I got during the holiday sale. My kids love it so much , it was an easy set up and controller and console looks so neat.it was backward compatible with the cd games I have for a ps4 . So I didn’t have to buy again.

This console is amazing. It has unbelievable graphics and many features that can’t be compared to any other console. I would recommend anyone to buy from Bestbuy it was ready for pickup in no time and pickup was fast and almost effortless.

PS5 plays and runs great. Always have a great experience with Best Buy. No one does it better! PS5 is the best gaming console out there today.
