The PS5 is wonderful. Such great graphics and lighting speed. I can now play some of my favorite games online with my friends.

We went into our Best Buy store looking for a last minute Christmas gift for our grandson. The gentleman in this section could not have been any more help than he was. He went all over the store searching for items we wanted and he put them all together. We got everything we were looking for and more. It was all last minute and never dreamed we would find even one item much less all of them. The Longview, Texas store helped to make Christmas this year. The PlayStation 5 is everything we could have imagined and out grandson was thrilled.

Bought for my dad for Christmas. He’s had his PS3 since they came out so needless to say he was ecstatic. No issues given and runs like a dream!

Got this as open box deal. Very pleased with price point, presentation, and quality. Purchase was straight forward and the employee who helped choose and complete the purchase was knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. Always have a good experience at this store the shopping experience and product quality are top notch! Also, I am in the I.T. field and can attest that the employees here are knowledgeable about their products which would definitely make the shopping experience smooth for those who may not be as knowledgeable with certain products. They will answer your questions and provide comparisons thoroughly.

My dream was always to have a Play Station console, no matter what generation it was, but this one met my expectations.

So far it's been great! I have had every version of PlayStation's since the PS1. I was late to the party because my PS4 pro was working fine. I like the improvement in the controller the most but was disappointed that I had to buy extra memory just to copy my existing games over.

Noticeable upgrade over my old, but still going, PS4. The PS5 slim model does not get too hot, even after hours of constant gameplay. Looks great on 4k TV sound is great on my surround sound set up. Between disc based, digital downloads, or streaming older games, there is a huge catalog of games to explore. Highly recommend!
