It was the perfect gift for my grandson. I picked this up at your store and on time as stated. Staff very pleasant. Packaged very well. Fits on his TV stand with lots of room left. He has it up and running now. Lots of fun. He said I am the best Grandmaw!!

This Playstation 5 Slim console, Was purchased for a Christmas gift, I found out that they already have one. So I had to return it. Thanks to customer service for taking care of it so quickly. Rusty Budde

Great Console, the slim is a lot more aesthetically pleasing than the original with the same performance. Worth it if you don’t have a PlayStation yet.

I’ve held off buying a PS5 ever since it came out. Well, I finally caved and I haven’t thought twice. I’ve owned every PlayStation since the original, and the PS5 feels like the biggest upgrade from one generation to the next, since the the PS1 to PS2. Even the controller feels like I’m holding the future. This thing is the real deal and the clear and obvious choice for anyone looking to game in 2024.

We got our avid PS4 player son this for his birthday. It's so worth upgrading from the PS4. All of his PS4 games transferred effortlessly to his PS5 via his PlayStation account. No more messing /investing into headsets. Microphone built into the controller! It was between this and a gaming PC that he wanted. And I wasn't financially ready to go the pc route. And thank God I didn't. An inexpensive Amazon purchases of a wireless keyboard and mouse work with the PS5! They're always on point with the price in comparison to other stores. I won't buy anywhere else because I have to have the geek squad protection which comes in clutch. Especially with controllers and notorious drift issues. Easy peasy getting replacements.

The system is overall great, I bought it for my 10-year old grandson and he has no problems with navigating the system on his own.

To this day, amazing console, I’m late to the PS5 hype, but the console it’s amazing.

This review is for those of you still rocking a PS4, like I did until a month ago. Please do yourselves a favor and upgrade. I was holding out for years, suffering through insanely long load times and waiting sometimes close to 40 minutes for a simple weekly game update to install before I could dive into actually playing. Gaming on an SSD is a breath of fresh air, and cuts down on loading and installation times more than 10-fold. The main OS is more visually pleasing and significantly more customizable than that of its predecessor, with a wider array of settings for game recording, chat audio, and various other features. Being able to massively expand device storage using a simple, user-friendly process is also a treat. It’s almost impossible to exaggerate how much better the experience is on one of these vs. gaming on the PS4, saddled with its smaller, slower spinny drive.
