I used the online purchase and pickup went smoothly, but the trade-in process seemed a little clunky and I wasn't clear if things actually went through alright. The PS5 is great. No complaints.

I bought a PS3 in 2012 and had great experience with it. After buying PS5 that experience went to a new level especially when using it with a 85 inch 8K TV. Anxiously waiting for Sony to release the firmware for 8K support.

The PS5 has been a fantastic addition to my console collection. The only negative part of this purchase was being forced by Best Buy to go to a store to purchase it. I had many gift cards. This could not be accommodated. After 3 hours on the phone, I just drove to a store.

For being an old school gamer in this new school era. I think it’s great for gaming and even movies when you don’t have a smart tv!!

Bought this for my fiancé and loves it. Likes how he could transfer all his PS4 games & data to the PS5. The slim look is nice and I like the fact it doesn't take up to much space and light weight.
