This console is really a recommended buy awesome contols and i haven't gotten any problems with it at the moment.

It's a great console for those who want to enjoy games without the headaches that come with playing on a PC when errors start popping up or you don't know if a game will run well or not. Here it's about buying the game, whether physical or digital, starting to play and enjoying it. Although the resolution is rarely native 4k, the upscaling is very good and you can really enjoy the games with great quality. Until a few months ago I had the normal PS5, the difference in size is considerable, although I also have to say that it makes a little more noise than the previous model.

I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 Pro and I am very happy to say I met my expectations and I enjoy playing it with my friends and family as well. I keep on discovering new features every time I use my system. However I forgot to mention I could not have left the store without purchasing a PlayStation Portal as well. just in case I want to play while I’m in other places in my house. Thank you Best Buy you really make things happen and my experience a whole lot more enjoyable.

Incredibly bulky. Yes, even though it says slim, it takes up a lot of space. Set up is a pain. Not intuitive at all. But my kiddo wanted to play Astrobot and waited patiently for 6 months for it, so we purchased it. Set up was a pain, did I already say that? Yeah that’s how annoying it was for a new user (my PS3 acct didn’t work anymore!!). Also, very unclear on how to keep kids safe while playing online with friends only (with the Nintendo switch, this is far easier to navigate). Very few game options for little gamers. If it weren’t for Astrobot I wouldn’t have purchased it but here we are. Would I recommend it? Not unless you really want a Sony exclusive game. Sonic graphics are much better on this system though, I’ll say that.

Amazing fast and seamless offer process via app on mobile. Ordered a ps5 for pickup with no issues. Best Buy has always been great for my tech purchases.

Games load fairly quick. Graphics look good. Had for 3 months now so far no complaints from partner about the console

I have always preferred Xbox because of the controller i judt dint like the joysticks on the same horizontal height. Plus i started playing videogames with Halo on the OG xbox. I have owned s PlayStation 2-4 so i can play the exclusives. Anyways i havent gotten a console this generation and I have a PC with a 3080 so i can play all tve Microsoft games on there. I wanted to get a console for GTA 6 to plag ASAP and the PS5 doesn’t disappoint. What i love is the UI and the games look great. I dont have to worry about the specs like on PC and just play my games. I also love the fact I can include my own SSD vs buying a card like Mircrosoft does for the series S/X.

Always have been a gamer and huge fan of playstation. My recent purchase of my new ps5 did not disappoint. Graphics are awesome, super fast, and i get to play with my friends. If you dont have one yet 10/10 recommend

Easy setup. Nice upgrade. Recommend installing in an open air environment as it does tend to heat up depending on the graphics setting. The fan can get really loud.

I wanted to buy a second console to have for another room, I saw this deal for an open box item with excellent condition. It was essentially $100 off of the asking price. I’m really impressed with the quality, even though it’s open box, it still looks and plays like new. I saved a bunch of money by buying open box and will definitely look at that again if I ever decide to have a secondary console in the future.
