    We did have one issue where one day it just shut off and wouldnt turn back on. But when we went to Best Buy they did an even exchange and it was all really easy to take care of

    The console is amazing, I keep it running for like 8 hours of the day everyday since I bought it a bit more than a year ago. The controller is the only thing that could use a lot of work. Sony should get the controller issues fixed, there is always something wrong with any controller they put out.
