The ps5 works perfectly and controller is work great , it’s not the others , where the controller is stiff and ps5 doesn’t work properly

The PS5 is a great system. Although I did have an issue with the manner in which it communicated with my TVs as well as the external SSD. After factory reset the problem seems to be solved. My problem now and this weekend was with BestBuy. I have been a cardholder for years but since I am not a "subscriber" for extra money they were not willing to assist with the issue stated above and I could not return the PS5 due to my lack of additional subscription. Do you wonder why people are buying things online over retail stores? Maybe retail shouldn't go in on the retail version of a streaming service. Money, money, money!

I really appreciate that Best Buy packaged my sons Playstation 5 inside another box so no one could tell what was ordered. It was packed really well to protect it.

After swapping over from the Xbox One S to the Sony PS5 I can honestly say that I really like how fast the PS5 loads into games and also how I am able to run on 120 FPS.

The PlayStation 5 overall is a very good console from the vibrations in the controller to the speaker inside it as well. The games are very good. And better than Xbox

Console is amazing for gaming and playing PS4 games!

Ive been an avid Playstation fan ever since I was little. Started from ps2 to ps3 slim, ps4 slim and now ps5 slim. The slims never fail to disappoint I absolutely love the console. I play more siege and cyberpunk than anything but the 130 frames is a perfect upgrade from the original 60fps.

Cross compatibility with PS4 games is seamless. Definitely recommend the upgrade for PS4 users.

This PS5 game console is great! Definitely has new items to choose from and I like that we can still be old fasion and use CD/Disk. And we use digital media if we chose.

My son loves it. I bought it for his birthday and he can’t keep his hands off of it. Would recommend to anyone with a teen.

I was worried about time and I didn't want to risk missing my son's birthday. I ordered online and the store has it ready when I got off work. There was no line so pick up was a breeze. Highly recommend ordering online and picking up in person for those who have time constraints.
