I switched from a Xbox one to a PlayStation, and yes I know that there will be an obvious difference because of PlayStation being way newer than the Xbox one. But the one thing I love way more about PlayStation is the controllers, I have noticed they are way more comfortable and my aim got extremely better after playing on PlayStation, now I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I love how the controller has a built in mic, and you can change the sensitivity on the buttons. The PlayStation also has a 1TB storage which is nice. PlayStations graphics are amazing but you do have to have the right monitor/ tv for that as well. Overall this product is amazing. I do recommend getting this if you like single player games, because Xbox has way more multiplayer games, and I did enjoy that. When playing on PlayStation do keep in mind that multiplayer games that you pay for can only be played if you buy PlayStation plus, you can’t just buy a game and automatically be able to play online, I just learned that (ik I’m late). But overall I love it!

My PS5 has been an amazing upgrade. The speed, graphics, and overall performance really stand out, and the DualSense controller makes gameplay feel more immersive. Between the exclusives, smooth loading, and constant improvements, it’s easily one of the best consoles I’ve owned and definitely feels truly next-gen.

Been a gamer all my life (console/desktop). Had the supernes in the 90's and PS1 in the early 2000's, not owning PS2, PS3, PS4. I've been playing mostly desktop games since my dad sold the PS1. Last year purchased the PS5 slim w/ COD bundle to treat my self and since then I have been playing games from PS5. I played D4 on PS5 which I used to play on desktop. The beauty with this is PS5 had high resolution and smooth quality. With my desktop it varies (crashing/lag etc...). Goodbye desktop games for now. I am happy with my PS5. Now with an upgraded 2T m.2 ssd, I'm happier!

I bought this PS5 to play Where Winds Meet and I am, incredibly surprised by the amount of storage this console has. I love the 3D sound feature which totally elevates the sound experience. So far my games have run smoothly.

Excellent console! It is so sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The graphics are so much better and game play is much smoother than the PS4. Best Buy made the purchase so easy through the pickup option, fastest, easiest experience.

I recently purchased the PlayStation 5 from Best Buy and it has completely transformed my gaming experience. The console is incredibly fast, thanks to the SSD — load times are almost non-existent. The graphics are stunning, especially when playing titles like Spider-Man: Miles Morales and God of War: Ragnarök. The DualSense controller deserves special mention — the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a whole new layer of immersion that you have to feel to believe. Setup was quick and easy, and I love the sleek, futuristic design of the console. Best Buy’s service was great too. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend both the PS5 and buying it from Best Buy!

I've been an Xbox gamer since the OG Xbox, but decided it was time to try the PS5. I absolutely love the Playstation 5 slim. Very powerful console, runs quieter and cooler than my Xbox Series X. The home menu feels very nice to use, and it's full of features. The Dualsense controller is amazing, featuring adaptive triggers, allowing a game to add resistance to the triggers, as well as a touchpad and motion control, as well as a built in speaker and microphone.

Love the slim had the original for about 3 years this one is more sleek a bit faster an doesn’t get hot quick recommend every time

Exciting playing games again on a system that is so well planned out. Graphics are great and enough storage to keep enough media without worrying about space. I am just getting started but so far so good.

I panic bought this on the cyber Monday sale and it only took 4 days to get to my house in perfect condition!! It turns out my PS4 that I thought died just needed to be brought to my local electronics fixer for a simple fix. But hey, I love this one as much as my 4 (a bit more actually) so yay for finally getting the 5 after all this time, I really love how fast it is and especially how many ps4 games are backwards compatible with it, I got the disc version and it seems to work perfect. Also the duelshock controller is such an upgrade compared to the PS4 controller!! One thing I truly don't like about this is how white it is, I know it's superficial but the og black just looked better for the previous models, I already have plans and items in my Amazon cart to reshell both the controller and the console itself, so that'll be fun. This was also my first time using BestBuy online, (usually I just go there, but again panic lol) it was awesome with a very quick delivery and no problems with the box so thanks for that!!

Fantastic console. I bought primarily to play Spider-Man and am excited about the many other games that will be coming out. The controller is fantastic and has features I have never seen on any other console. Be wary of where you put it as it can produce a lot of heat. If there is nowhere for it to escape then the console fans will become quite loud and the area around it will be very warm. I ended up buying the vertical stand for mine since it better fit the less-compact space I had to put it in to reduce heat.

I bought the Playstation 5 as an early Christmas present for my husband; needless to say he opened it immediatly. It replaces his PS4 and he loves it! Same excellent quality as the original...and the graphics are are amazing! The controller runs low pretty fast and needs to be recharged often, bummer. The slim size doesn't make a big difference on the shelf but he likes the new style. Playing MLB now and the graphics are awesome!

Got the PS5 for a Christmas gift…was easy to place the order online and get it picked up at the store. Nephew is the gamer and he has told me it is pretty awesome with the better speed and graphics.

The PlayStation 5 is a great concert, so it looks great. It plays great. It'\n S just overall, a great console, you can watch blu-ray and DVD movies. I love how I can access my movie collection. The controller feels amazing way better than Nintendo switch. Like the original controller for the PS5, unlike Nintendo switch i love how the controller has a touch screen. And I like the color of the PlayStation 5 i just got one question for it.Why does it look like a wifi router i don't mean it has to complain, but why does it look like that? But is a overall great console that people should buy, great games, as well.
