This is a very nice PS5 console. The employees are really nice and friendly they helped me out picking the right system out for me. The start up on this ps5 is fast it has the 1TB memory in it. The controller and console is built great it’s a must buy. I will always return to Best Buy to purchase different stuff.. they have amazing deals and prices on about everything in the store.

It works wonderfully and was an open box so $100 dollars less and sales associate Katele got a 5 start in customer service!

I used to have a PS4, and now I've switched to a PS5, there's a huge difference. It has great graphics, and all the games have mobility. I love 4K games; they have great graphics and also have 1TB of storage space.

Having the best time jumping back into the gaming landscape. Fairly easy to use and comes with everything you need.

The system and everything inside the box was good. However the box it came in was basically shredded. Based off the box description, I was expecting maybe a tear or rip hear and there but that was very misleading. Still overall, happy with the purchase.
