Don't know why I waited so long to get one, returning to couch gaming has been great with my PS5. I like physical media so the disk drive version was a must. The controller is near perfection; comfortable to hold and the haptic feedback is great. I thought that would be a gimmick but I was wrong, so cool!

Excellent buy! The build quality of the Slim edition is good. If you are considering picking up a PlayStation 5 now, it is highly recommended you opt for the slim version for its reduced footprint and 1TB storage. I am increasingly excited when I turn this thing on. I’ve heard of other retailers selling the “same product” and having issues with them, and then giving the customer a hard time about holding up their end of the bargain to provide quality merchandise. I had an issue with my controller when I purchased the bundle, but you guys insisted on replacing the entire bundle. I have great confidence in you guys!

Hard to review. When working properly, it's everything we are hoping for. However, we had to return the first PS5 because it not only wouldn't eject discs but we also had issues reading the discs as well. So, 4 stars when working, 1 star because of the previous issues.

I waited a long time to update our PS4 to this PS5. It’s been a great upgrade and the savings of getting open box was fantastic. I love that I can add internal storage easily. No more hanging external drives! I would definitely buy from Best Buy again.
