This was a Christmas gift for my son. It’s the 1st PlayStation he’s owned but has played on previous models and says the 5 is amazing! The graphics are better, great controller, the slim console is a plus and all around a better system. He loves it! Definitely worth purchasing!

Finally stepped the kids up to the PS5 from the PS4. They love the better quality of the graphics. Nomre loud noise from the cooling fan and the limited storage space.

I bought the Playstation 5 as an early Christmas present for my husband; needless to say he opened it immediatly. It replaces his PS4 and he loves it! Same excellent quality as the original...and the graphics are are amazing! The controller runs low pretty fast and needs to be recharged often, bummer. The slim size doesn't make a big difference on the shelf but he likes the new style. Playing MLB now and the graphics are awesome!

Excellent console! It is so sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The graphics are so much better and game play is much smoother than the PS4. Best Buy made the purchase so easy through the pickup option, fastest, easiest experience.

I recently bought the PS5 from Best Buy, and I’m extremely happy with it. The console is fast, the graphics are amazing, and the DualSense controller makes games feel more immersive. The pickup process was smooth and easy, and the product was in perfect condition. Definitely worth it!

Upgraded from the Ps4. Mostly good. Wish the Ps5 came with more storage, as games nowadays have at least a 100Gb capacity or higher even. Performance is much better compared to the Ps4, although not perfect. Overall, this was a good buy.

I'm happy with my purchase of the PS5. The graphics and overall operation of it are better than the PS4 and PS4 Pro I. had. The only issue I have is a minor one. Having to find the power off button or closing out a game after I'm done. This is an annoyance I have with tech in general. The new software update on my iPhone 16 presents a similar problem; the setup to find what you need is split up. You have to hunt to find what you need. I prefer a simpler interface to find what apps or settings I need. This isn't a knock on anyone in particular, it's a personal preference.

Bought it open box, great condition and runs amazing. Shipped very quickly. Only thing is there was some wear on the controller (the indent on the sticks that happen over time from the stick rubbing against the controller) but I'm pretty sure that's an issue that would require a new controller instead of being able to fix it. Runs like new tho! If you are looking for a PS5 it's a steal.

Really happy with this console. Switched over to PlayStation from Xbox, and I’m really glad I did. For story-mode games, I think PlayStation edges out with some incredible games. Spider Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Uncharted have all been fantastic to play with the latest graphics and high speed frame rates. Looking at getting Ghost of Yotei soon as well, which would look incredible on the PS5. To get the most out of the PS5, it helps to have a good enough monitor/TV that can support the higher frame rate (at least 60 fps) and resolution (around 3K-4K), especially for story mode games with good cinematic gameplay. If you can get this on sale ($450), like I did, this console is a great find. I prefer the disc version just so I can play the older games easier, but if the budget is tight, digital only is a solid choice too.

Got the PS5 for a Christmas gift…was easy to place the order online and get it picked up at the store. Nephew is the gamer and he has told me it is pretty awesome with the better speed and graphics.

Love the slim had the original for about 3 years this one is more sleek a bit faster an doesn’t get hot quick recommend every time

I've been an Xbox gamer since the OG Xbox, but decided it was time to try the PS5. I absolutely love the Playstation 5 slim. Very powerful console, runs quieter and cooler than my Xbox Series X. The home menu feels very nice to use, and it's full of features. The Dualsense controller is amazing, featuring adaptive triggers, allowing a game to add resistance to the triggers, as well as a touchpad and motion control, as well as a built in speaker and microphone.

Wow! First time owning a Playstation. After having spent sometime at Best Buy talking over it with the very knowledge staff. I applied for a Best Buy credit card and was granted credit right there on the spot! I used the card to not only purchase my new PS 5, I also got a great deal on a home theater sound system to complement and enhance my gaming experience. If you haven't had the Playstation experience, and not sure if you want to, I can say as a gamer from the 80's and this being my first time owning a Playstation I am so impressed and couldn't be happier! Easy to set up and navigate through its good to familiarize yourself with the menu, settings and controller options. Most of these have easy to follow in-game tutorials and support. The DualSense Wireless Controller fits nicely in your hands and has many features, (I played through the Astro's PLAYROOM tutorial, that was pre-installed with my PS5 console) Super fun and easy to interact with, you'll be surprised and amazed by the many functions of this controller designed to give you the ultimate gaming experience! The PS5 Console looks amazing. Out of the box it has white detachable face plates which can be swapped out for different designs and colors, (I changed mine to Black) Most come with the standard features and products like power cords, USB cables. (Check your box for details) Knowing how to take on and off the face plate will help with cleaning and general maintenance. I have my PS5 Horizontal in a dust free area, and it looks great and fits right in. For my first gaming experience I chose the game Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered for the PS5. Playing this game on an Olde screen really puts you into another world. You can tell a lot of care went into the game, as some of the details are stunning. I often stop just to watch the sunset. With the controller rumbling and pushing out sound effects from the game just puts you even deeper into this beautiful colored and vibrant world. But no matter the experience you're looking for Im sure you'll find it here with the PS5 Slim Console! Enjoy the future of Gaming!

The PlayStation 5 is a great concert, so it looks great. It plays great. It'\n S just overall, a great console, you can watch blu-ray and DVD movies. I love how I can access my movie collection. The controller feels amazing way better than Nintendo switch. Like the original controller for the PS5, unlike Nintendo switch i love how the controller has a touch screen. And I like the color of the PlayStation 5 i just got one question for it.Why does it look like a wifi router i don't mean it has to complain, but why does it look like that? But is a overall great console that people should buy, great games, as well.
