The game console is really good. It works very smooth and when I went to go pick it up, the boy was very helpful and kind.

The PS5 is easy to set up and play right away. The speed and graphics are outstanding along with the controller feels great! This is the best console on the market today in everyway. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Bought this for a friend who was still using a PS4. Her loading time for games and her lagging was SO bad, it would take like 24 hours just to download a game. Now with the PS5 she loads in super fast and games take less than ten minutes to install. The graphics quality is way better as well.

The purchase was easy and nice workers but the product was even greater. This is my second ps5 I've bought from Best buy and I use both to switch off from and they run excellent. No problems from both PS5's and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a ps5 to get it from Best buy. I've bought many products from Bestbuy and I would continue to go through them. I recently got my hands on the PS5 Slim, and I’m really impressed with it. The first thing I noticed was how much smaller and sleeker it is compared to the original model, which makes it fit perfectly in my set up without taking up too much space. I love that I’m getting the same incredible gaming experience in a more compact and convenient package. For anyone who values both performance and space-saving design, the PS5 Slim is an excellent choice.

This was purchased for my grandson who loves gaming and i've had to pull him away from the gaming screen. He says it is smooth operating and deliverance of game performance and frame rate is without glitches or drops. Not too crazy about it not coming with a stand though, otherwise it's a gamer's dream come true.

Wow! PS5 is amazing. My husband died 2 yrs ago and was unable to get the PS5. It was just so sold out everywhere. This year on his heaven-anniversary - I asked what I could do to celebrate his life in this coming year, and I heard him say what about that PS5? And so, I went to best buy and had such a great experience. I got the PS5 and a video game and now I’m playing it, living out his desire he couldn’t have. I love it. It’s so fun and makes me feel connected. Thank you for this. I’m proud to be a gamer!

The PlayStation 5 Slim Console has been a great purchase overall. Performance is excellent, with fast load times, smooth gameplay, and strong graphics across both new releases and older titles. The slimmer design is a nice upgrade, making it easier to fit into an entertainment setup without sacrificing power. Setup was straightforward, and the system runs quietly and efficiently. the PS5: Incredible speed, stunning 4K and top games

I was waiting to buy PS5 for a while and fortunately I got a great deal at bestbuy. The product lives upto the hype. The games look far more realistic than in PS4 with enhanced graphics, better controls and increased capacity. Appearance wise, the console is extremely sleek and relatively smaller in size hence, doesn’t take a lot of space on the tv cabinet. The controllers come in variety of colors and pretty much have similar functionalities than previous versions. Overall, its a great buy for all game lovers.

The PS5 Slim is a solid console that feels like what the PS4 and even what the launch PS5 should have been. It runs games nicely and doesn’t have any of the cooling issues from the previous generation of the console, on top of the fact it is far more physically manageable to store with its smaller size. You’re really not getting any substantial improvement with the Pro so the Slim is basically the better option (especially if you get it with the disc drive, and you should get it with that). Also it’s backwards compatible so you can play PS4 games that you either have already or intend to get. Unfortunately the system suffers the same problem of the PS4 by not having enough memory to store a lot of the bigger AAA games which are now data hogs, because the big studios don’t compress game data like they’re supposed to anymore.

I love my upgrade! I’ve been playing on PS system since the first one released in America and I’ve always been satisfied! The game selection has gotten better, but I will say a con is the amount of storage available for access and saves. You can replace the memory chip inside to resolve that, but that’s a lot of work and more money on something that should come with a minimum of 1TB.

Love my PlayStation. Future like design, white out to contrast the black consoles. Great system, better exclusives!
