I waited a long time to update our PS4 to this PS5. It’s been a great upgrade and the savings of getting open box was fantastic. I love that I can add internal storage easily. No more hanging external drives! I would definitely buy from Best Buy again.

Works as designed. ***Warning, do not purchase their earlier version and it has known power pack problems and freezes games***

Great console with great quality graphics… for the $500 price tag you get insanely better graphics then you would with a spending $1k on a gaming pc. Unless you build it and find parts for cheap.

love me some PS5, i have no issues at all on this and im giving a straight 5 stars

So far my daughter loves it and it runs pretty good.

Nice unit, and easy to use. I will say it takes a little bit to learn it and I still am. I like the ease of setup, the stand I bought to stand it upright is nice, its quiet and has different colored lights to tell you if its on standby or on etc. Has a lot of options as well like streaming apps through it.

I'm in the Game, boi! The system is crazy. I have been gaming since I was 12 years old. And the systems are just getting better and better.

Amazing product from Sony once again. Been a playstation fan since the first console and I'm really glad to still be purchasing and enjoying Playstation.

This is such an improvement over the PS4 in both graphics and performance. I would have given an “Excellent” but the fact the unit does not come with the stand knocked it down a notch.

It works as it should. PS5 is my favorite console. It could have more storage and I may add that later. Graphics are good. Overall it’s my pick.

Lets be honest, I'm 60+ year old guy and I bought myself a Playstation 5 to play racing games. I enjoy racing. And the Playstation has delivered. I've only played three different racing games so far, and it's FANTASTIC! So, even if you're an old guy like me, the Playstation 5 can give you a thrill.

Excellent console! First PlayStation purchased since PS2. Does run a little warm but with good ventilation and air flow it should be good. Downfall is the original controller started stick drifting really bad so get the extra protection plan and it’ll be covered.

I bought the open box ps5 for my son's birthday and it works great! There were no signs of it even looking like it was an open box item. I usually purchase open box products for the more pricier items and i have not once been disappointed. Thanks Best Buy for that!

My brother died 5 years ago from muscular dystrophy. He had always been a playstation fan ever since the first one 30 years ago. We had been anticipating buying the PS5 for years. It took me many years after his passing to buy it but now that i finally have I absolutely love it and its allowed to somewhat heal.

Amazing product even now in 2025. Not really sure whether to buy a XBOX or Playstation but best buy return policy made it easier to try both the products and choose the right one for me

My husband and i bought this playstation for our 9 year old grandson. He shares a play station with his mom they are both into video games. He didnt even ask for one for christmas but on christmas morning he was ovr the moon when he opened it. The PS5 is was great purchase and at a great price.
