it was very easy and perfect for me because im in the south side of san antonio like 30 minutes and when i submitted all best buy send me text message with all the details and by when and where would be ready im really happy to have this app and best buy is always updating details on stuff that i like im so happy with my purchases thank you!!!!!!!!! love PS5

Whole family loves this! We spent the extra money on the Disc version as it is more versatile allowing for movies, disc games vs having to take of memory downloading each game etc. it comes with 1 controller, but I would suggest buying a second right away as it’s more fun with 2 players!

I was very skeptical about buying it at first, because I didn’t know if it would be worth it, but it definitely is. The graphics are amazing and all my games run very smoothly. Don’t think twice about buying it if you are haha

The Ps5 Slim is faster and overall better than the regular ps5

Good process to buy, Easy setup, bring all the Knicks and Knacks it’s a good Purchase got the Best Buy card the night before and got it next day works good and easy buy

So far so good!! Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they got rid of the server browser feature that the PS4 had. Regarding the overall console for game play, I would give it 5 stars, picture & sound quality is beautiful. Everything is fluid including the loading times they are very fast. Overall very happy with the purchase I made and hopefully PS6 will take a bit longer to release so I can enjoy this one meanwhile haha

Got for my boyfriend for Christmas and we love it. I’ve been an Xbox girly since it first came out but considering investing in the same consoles as well. Love its features.

This product is perfect i gave this to my grandson fo Christmas and he loved and he was so greatfull and cam with a game on i called the playstaion game thankyou best buy

The console arrived on the right date and appreciate that the delivery guy delivered it even though it was already at night. The separate/additional controller didn’t arrive though (the delivery guy who picked it up sent it to a different apartment number and building). It took a while before we were able to connect with customer support but the refund was easy/straightforward.

Very sleek. Works good. Can stand up long ways and can lay horizontal with clear stands that it comes with. Comes with PlayStation and one controller

Was debating on getting a ps5 for about 9 months after it came out and never thought about getting one till 20 days ago, Best Buy gave me no trouble getting my stuff and even assure everything was in tact before I left the store .
