    Only con is controller has been a bit on sensitive side meaning joystick hasn’t been great this will be my second time returning system just to get new controller don’t joystick malfunctioning (during gameplay moving on its own)

    The product itself is good, but the open-box listing from Best Buy needs a better quality check. I purchased an Open-Box Excellent item, yet it arrived missing parts. When something is classified as “Excellent,” I expect it to be complete and in perfect working condition. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
