For someone who owned a switch, the limited games on PS5 is little sad. Not many exclusive game and price are relatively expensive.

Overpriced, but if you have that sort of money to blow the of for it

the ps5 has an issue of games getting crashed!!!!.

I traded for a PS5 Pro, but later decided to exchange it for a PS5 Slim. When I went to the store to make the change, the staff informed me that the price of the PS5 Slim was higher because it was an "online offer", so I had to pay a difference. However, when I checked again from home, I found that the offer was still valid. I went back to the store to clarify the situation and, even so, they told me that they could not do anything. I consider this to be a very simple situation – a product change within the same store – and the unwillingness to resolve it demonstrates unprofessionalism and poor customer service. The information was inconsistent and no reasonable solution was offered.

This met expectations, I purchase a refurbished one and at first when I turned on the ps5 the screen was split but I rebooted and it’s been good from there.

Runs good could be loud sometimes graphics seem good aswell

Stung by BB again! If you don't buy geek sq they will not help you with a device problem, even if it is less than a year old PS5 or a Fridge. Had I bought geek sq they would help me repair it or send it to Sony for me, seems kind of prejudice. I am a BB customer not a Sony or LG customer. If I go to a tire shop and by 4 Goodyear tires and one goes bad, the shop does not tell me I have to return the tire to the manufacturer because it is within the manufacturer's warranty, they handle it. I wish these folks would learn how to treat customers. Last thing I buy from BB. They will not go bankrupt because of me and that's ok but, I was a customer of BB and they did not care about my experience with them for a second time. It is all about the dollar. If you buy something from them know you will be on your own as soon as you walk out the door!

The best gaming console in the market right now, and the slim version makes it even more sweet. But for some reason, I had issues while running Gran Turismo.

They scammed me, I ordered a regular PS5 with disc drive. Got the package and it had no disc drive. Contacted customer support and told me to go to nearest retailer. Told me they had it, but charged me an extra $50 and it ended up being a PS5 slim. Told me I could reorder it but no guarantee it’ll be what I ordered.

I both 4 PS5 with this purchase I’m amaze how good Best Buy it’s never had any problems with it.

The only issue that I have is having to download a game and needing the disc to play it. I'm new to this, I'm sure I'll get used to it. Other than that I love the console

This was a birthday/Christmas gift for my grandson. I didn't realize it wasn't the right one. I ordered the one with the Call of Duty download and the one i got didn't have it.

Absolutely not in "Open Box Excellent" condition. The disc drive didn't work, it was FULL of dust and banged up. It was shipped LOOSE in a shipping box rattling around with no packing material. This was clearly a trade in, not an open box item. The only thing that was in excellent condition was the controller. Trying to get support for this was impossible. This was a total scam.

PS5 is cool! This is my grandsons first system and he loves it!

I love my new PS5. I got the disc PS5 I enjoy playing my games. And when im not playing my games i can also enjoy watching one of my Blu rays or DVD MOVIES

I expected more reality but its not too bad , after 20 years from Atary to this products we can see growth of technology but I expected more

Product new as advertised, everything great as expected, but lost a star because it was delivered 1 day late

Bought an open box playstation 5. The front plate came off as soon as my daughter open it, there were stains that I had to wipe off and a dust ball had had to get out with tweezers. Other than that the Playstation worked fine. Kind of disappointed because I have gotten open box things from Best buy before.

Good console, great games but no vertical stand included is a negative aspect to it
