It was not a good deal, console came without any game unlike the other offer of spiderman. Too expansive for just the console

My family loves the PlayStation 5 l. However, the controllers are really fragile. The warranty is the best here.

Its ok i perfer the original model better cuz of them changing the charging cable from usb c to c to c and i didnt have any c to c cables other then that plus the cooler is different sense the size is smaller gotta buy more equipment smh

Graphics are great but I don’t like the large white system wish it came in black.

Purchased online OPEN BOX EXCELLENT. Console was loosely thrown in shipping box with no padding on the bottom, controller sitting on top of console. Needless to say the console arrived damaged. Power cable and HDMI cable were included however original box, owners manual, USB cable and little feet for horizontal orientation were NOT included. How is this considered EXCELLENT!? Promptly returned to BB. If you must purchase an OPEN BOX go to your local BB and make sure everything is included and working as it should. Don't waste your time buying online.

Had to buy this to play the college football game that just came out!

I only had it for 2 weeks and it broke down the disc driver stop working after only 3 times using it

My son love it. It was ready for pick it in less than one hour.

I ended up returning it. It downloads too slow unfortunately. I really wanted to love it. But never got to play a game. Maybe theres something to it i dont know

DON'T BUY A CONSOLE FROM BEST BUY. I bought an open box listed as 'Excellent Condition'. The small print literally says "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). However, it did NOT include the charging cable, the stand, or any of the packaging materials or paperwork inside. The manager Jermaine was rude, couldn't be bothered to help, and just kept repeating "it's an open box, that's what you get." He refused to look at the small print visible on the website that I was trying to show him on my phone. So BEST BUY - you would rather let $500 slip through your fingers rather than spend two minutes talking with a customer? Fine. I'll take my money elsewhere. Useless.

So far so good. I just had the worst customer service experiences with the Playstation support.

Another grate console from Sony. The only issue I had was the update and download times took hours.

Need help figuring it out and setting it up. It is complicated compared to other game systems.

This is a quite amazing and wonderfully entertaining game box.

The slim was just what I needed. Faster & better picture than the ps4
