Planning on returning a brand new PS5 it was a lemon. Very disappointed brand new n out of the box and it won’t power up. Taking it back

The best gaming experience ever but why do you need a connection to use a drive , disappointmenting to say the least t h e biggest AB flaw of this system.

broke after 30 days, junk. It just shut off and didin't send any signal to HDMI

I never recived item they sent it to a wrong adress and they have not refunded my money its been since Dec 22, 2023, they are no help they even have proff on the picture they took that that home is not even mine

I asked for a digital version instead I got a disk version. Didn’t notice until I got home.

It only worked for 31 days and it crashed $500 down the drain smh

Not great pro edition came out and this has weak memory and performance ect

I recently got my hands on the PlayStation 5, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer, literally. Console already crashed and am on the process of shipping to Sony in the hopes they can fix it . I haven’t even had it for a month

I never receive the ps5 and portal the fedex company doest respond any becarfull

The console is nice but after 1 or two mine stop working and made a poping sound don't recommend

Truly one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been a gamer since sega geniuses and I’ve been team PlayStation since day one and I can say they’ve done an amazing job on this PS5! I’m so glad I waited a while to buy it because I love the slim edition even with the disc drive its body and built is beautiful. The graphics on this thing are so human like and the controller is amazing! The controller even gets updated which I think is pretty cool because the brains behind the “to do” features have been mind blowing to say the least. The PlayStation plus and store are still readily available and give access to buy, download and stream games which is awesome when it comes to space on the hard drive. They also always has something new for you try for free and or buy, and having the 3 tiers of access/prices makes it awesome for everyone’s budget. So if you’re thinking about getting it get it! I can definitely say it’s worth the money now!

Sleek design and easy to handle for optimum perfotmance

When I got my order it was ripped the cable did not come with or the charger. This was not cheap so I give this a 0 rating

Very satisfied with the purchase of PlayStation console from Best Buy. Thank you to the staff member that help me with order over the phone. I was able to come in and grab my purchase without any hassle.

Works well - I wouldn't ever buy the disc one again though - makes you download it anyway.
