I bought the PS5 from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The console itself is a powerhouse—lightning-fast load times, stunning graphics, and the DualSense controller adds a whole new layer of immersion with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. It’s quiet, sleek, and surprisingly easy to set up. Best Buy made the process smooth: fast shipping, secure packaging, and clear communication throughout. I appreciated the option to track my order and the fact that it arrived on time without any hiccups. Only minor downside is the storage—825GB fills up quickly with modern games, so I’d recommend budgeting for an SSD expansion. But overall, this is hands-down the best console I’ve owned, and Best Buy delivered it flawlessly. Highly recommend both the PS5 and Best Buy’s service.

It’s a nice product with good quality and features, user friendly interface, nice graphics with multiple games. Controller is quite easy to handle while playing.

Ive always owned an XBox but i decided to give a playstation a try and the only thing i can really say is I WISH I HAD DONE IT SOONER!!! The speed and graphics are fantastic. I upgraded the internal memory with a Samsung SSD which improved system operations greatly and it only took about 5 minutes to install. I also subscribed to the top monthly membership and the amount of games available and the quality makes the $20 a month a great value. I just turned 55 in May and always struggled to hold my own with modern day video games however after a month of playing im getting much better and i attribute this to the game setup. All in all i couldn't be happier with my purchase and i highly recommend the PS5 to everyone.

bought this as a christmas present for my mom to upgrade her from the ps4. resolution and smoother gameplay by far even with a limited edition ps4. mom loves it and now its easier for us to game together. If you're wondering if the upgrade is necessary or worth it I promise that you will see a big difference in gameplay.

My dad loves it. Much faster than my PS5 and smaller as well. The quality looks crazy good and I am kind of jealous that I gave it to him haha. He loves his present along with Madden 25. Very similar to PS5 but better performance and a smaller device (slim edition)

The game console is really good. It works very smooth and when I went to go pick it up, the boy was very helpful and kind.

Great graphics, no lagging, and works with any gaming computer screen and keyboard and mouse. Does not heat up after long use. Great picture quality. Has good enough storage although I did get an extra external memory but that is my preference.

Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

Haven't had a gaming system since my son was born in 2013. Just not enough time to game. I had an xbox and was very happy with it, but reluctantly sold it. My son has a Nintendo switch, which is fun however it lacks sports games which are my favorite. I decided since ncaa football was coming out we should get a new system. We did our research and decided the amount of games and especially the controller, Playstation was the way to go. Well we haven't played a different game since ncaa football came out and we couldn't be happier. The graphics are incredible and the controller is made by aliens im quite sure. So advanced and incredible. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

This console is by far the greatest console Sony has created yet and changed the way I watch media and game at the same time. This console has allowed me to not only enjoy the games I love but has offered a more sophisticated gaming experience that allows me to enjoy my spare time. I can play video games and watch movies or gaming tutorials with the push of one button and quick switch between screens to pause or play music, not only that the console itself is great and I experience slim to no lag despite my connection being terrible especially on games such as Dragonball Sparking Zero or my personal favorite Metal Gear Online.

the console was amazing and the performance good, but the fan would get hot on games like fallout. Overall on games like fortnite, the graphics are good. and i would recommend to my freinds
