One of the best purchases of my life. I grew up on Xbox but man the switch to ps5 is significantly better. The games are more fun , the graphics and overall quality feels better I haven’t had any lag, the controllers feel more comfortable overall it’s just a really good console.

I recently picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The console runs incredibly smooth and fast—loading times are almost non-existent compared to my old system. The graphics are stunning, and games feel so much more immersive with the DualSense controller. I’ve already spent hours playing and enjoying every moment. Ordering through Best Buy was easy, and the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the PS5 and the shopping experience. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading, I highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

Already had one PS5, but had to get another one to prevent the kids from fighting over who was able to play, so picked up the new PS5 slim with the disc drive. Love the new smaller design and the way it was revised with slightly different finishes and looks than the original. Super fast to setup and has been working perfectly since we got it. Not much else to say as it’s a great system and the best system that Sony has made to date as far as I’m concerned. Definitely recommend!

The console does what is supposed to do, good quality games. The controller fills good on hand. I don't have a space problem in my room, so it doesn't bother me how big it is, but it could be an issue if you are lacking space. It could have a bit more memory to store more games without deleting others, but it is enough for me.

bought this to replace an original model that i had to sell. very nice to include a full 1TB instead of the original 825gb. the additional usb c port and dedicated disk eject button next to the disk drive (less confusing that the original with the power and eject buttons right next to each other) were very nice changes. runs very well and the slimmer form is less of an eye sore. im very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this game for our family Christmas present, and it is a huge hit! The kids absolutely love the ASTRO's Playroom that comes with this playstation, and our family has been enjoying playing several other new games as well. The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is so smooth.

I moved from xbox to play station and it was the best decision. I love how everything is formatted, the console runs smoothly and plays some beautiful games! There are so many customizable options , accessories, and more that are just wonderful!

This is a great buy even without the discount I got during the holiday sale. My kids love it so much , it was an easy set up and controller and console looks so neat.it was backward compatible with the cd games I have for a ps4 . So I didn’t have to buy again.

Wow! PS5 is amazing. My husband died 2 yrs ago and was unable to get the PS5. It was just so sold out everywhere. This year on his heaven-anniversary - I asked what I could do to celebrate his life in this coming year, and I heard him say what about that PS5? And so, I went to best buy and had such a great experience. I got the PS5 and a video game and now I’m playing it, living out his desire he couldn’t have. I love it. It’s so fun and makes me feel connected. Thank you for this. I’m proud to be a gamer!

I have several weeks of hands-on experience using the PS5 Slim as my primary gaming console for both single-player and online multiplayer titles. Performance has been consistently smooth, with fast load times, stable frame rates, and no overheating issues during extended play sessions.

Since we bought the PlayStation, not a single day has gone by without us using it. I love it for relaxing and having a good time, but the best part has been seeing my son so happy with it. Love it! Runs great and I really like the slim design.

I bought my grandson 2 of the PlayStation 5s! One for his mom’s house and another one for his dad’s house and he actually didn’t think that the first one was real! He was so excited! I watched him play it at his dad’s house and the graphics were amazing. The console was a great fit for his desk. And I am thinking about buying one more for my house for when he comes to visit me in June. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has kids or grandkids!!

I bought this for my grandson as a present. This system works great and he loves it. Best part about it is the game system plays all his other games from his older PlayStation 4. Great purchase and the member services were very knowledgeable while helping me.

Purchased this PS5 open box for a great price and ended up buying another for my son about a week later because his was damaged and needed to be replaced. The open box price was about the same as what it would have cost me to ship off the old one to be officially diagnosed and repaired. I had a few issues with system errors trying to place the order online but customer service did a great job of helping me resolve the problem and I was overall very happy with it this purchase. Everything was in great condition and is fully covered under warranty. I even bought an extra games, a controller, and a charger with some of the money I saved on this deal!

I've been a Sony fan since the PS1. I've had every console they've released, however usually waiting for a few revisions for Sony to get the kinks out so to speak. I really like the slim version of the PS5. It fits nicely on my entertainment center with the included horizontal feet. The setup was a breeze and downloading games was painless. I mainly picked it up to play Elden Ring: Nightreign with friends and I love the performance boost from the PS4 version. Being able to play PS4 games on it as well is a huge plus so I don't need to keep my old PS4 hooked up. All in all I am satisfied with the PS5 slim.
