I had the original PlayStation 5 but new one is way better. The stand is better than the original one, it has a more clean modern look, easier to get the panels off to dust the interior, plus the power button is not next to the disc eject button and that is a huge upside. Overall I would highly recommend buying the slim over the original one

Definitely a great console but make sure to keep it lying down. With a disc reader you do not want it standing up.

Significantly better loading times on all games compared to PS4, graphics do seem mostly better even on older PS4 and prior games. Controller took some time to get used to but love the haptics

I love my ps5. As a ps4 user I played it made noise, it over heated. I havent had any problems with the ps5 slim. No noise from it, no over heating and I play a lot! The loading is also so much faster now. When i play online i notice I load in faster than my ps4 using friends. This console is a monster, very fast very elegant. No complaints at all.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

Good product. RDR2 looks beautiful on the PS5, properly optimzed! Design is sleek and the fan noise is minimal.

Meticulously packaged and has been running without issues for about 6 months: runs games without overheating but some games do strain it more than others. Controller still works well after 6 months of use. Memory may be an issue for some but the PS5 allows the customer to upgrade its gb capacity; sidenote, staff are very helpful and eager to help so feel free to ask for assistance. Overall, a great console that can warrant hours of playtime and the preferred version over the Pro model.

The PS5 is a wonderful product. It doesn't disappoint at any level. Sharp, fast and unmistakably modern. Sony continues to be a dependable brand for home electronic entertainment. Just as Levi is for pants.

I haven’t had any issues with. Runs and plays great. I’m really enjoying it. Only issue is the controller will have stick drift but all consoles have stick drift

Genuinely the best console I've ever had. This is my first time ever using a Play Station, I grew up with the Wii and Xbox. Play Station take the cake by a long shot, I've never had a smoother running piece of gaming tech than this. The graphic are fantastically epic while still being able to run smoothly, no lag or errors. Can't wait to get more games!!
