I’ve heard of other retailers selling the “same product” and having issues with them, and then giving the customer a hard time about holding up their end of the bargain to provide quality merchandise. I had an issue with my controller when I purchased the bundle, but you guys insisted on replacing the entire bundle. I have great confidence in you guys!
