bought this thing for my nephew and he's been playing it every day since the purchase. me personally i would never touch such a horrendous console because #xbox4L but if i didn't play xbox i would be on PlayStation!

Bestbuy employee who ever done this should be fired, shows comes with box and it is a open excellent condition, that’s a be fat lie, I will never buy anything from Best Buy unless it’s new, I received a ps5 in a box nothing protecting it and all damaged, very very poor condition, how do they sell this crap. Thought the reviews were just few got them like this but I’m wrong everybody does from poor poor customer service that doesn’t give a crap, returning this now. Go somewere else and buy, even eBay better quality.
