couldn’t be happier with my PlayStation 5 purchase. The console itself runs beautifully—fast loading times, smooth graphics, and great performance on every game I’ve tried so far. The setup was simple, and everything worked right out of the box. What really stood out, though, was the service I received at the time of purchase. The staff were knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me choose the best version for my needs. They also explained the warranty options clearly, which gave me extra peace of mind. Later on, when I had a small question about accessories and online setup, the help I received from customer service was quick and friendly. It’s nice to know that support doesn’t end once you leave the store. Overall, the PS5 has exceeded my expectations, and the buying experience made it even better. Haven't had a gaming system since my son was born in 2013. Just not enough time to game. I had an xbox and was very happy with it, but reluctantly sold it. My son has a Nintendo switch, which is fun however it lacks sports games which are my favorite. I decided since ncaa football was coming out we should get a new system. We did our research and decided the amount of games and especially the controller, Playstation was the way to go. Well we haven't played a different game since ncaa football came out and we couldn't be happier. The graphics are incredible and the controller is made by aliens im quite sure. So advanced and incredible. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I waited for several years to upgrade from PS4 to PS5. When I found out that I was going to be forced to upgrade if I wanted to keep playing online I wasn't very happy, PlayStation is getting rid of the online network for PS4. My wife purchased the PS5 for me for Christmas and, while the cost is higher than I'd like, the quality really shines through, from the online network, to the PlayStation and controllers. I only have 1 actual PS5 game right now but when I play the PS4 games on it, everything looks cleaner, the game responds faster and everything overall is better. I still wish they would give us more internal storage.

I really love my PS5. It runs really well, has a lot of games I like, with no lag. The new feature on the pad of the controller is cool, and the PS5 tower has a unique design that I like. Definitely recommend.

The ps5 slim is a great gaming console, with lots of space for games I believe that downloading from the ps store is better than buying the physical games, everything loads fast, i have had no issues with this console

The ps5 has been so much fun to explore and experience with. the games along with older games look sooooo good and with this monitor i recently got it makes everything feel so immersive and fun.

It does it all. Movies, games, music, and even surfing the web if you want to. Easy to set up depending on your existing equipment. Had the system set up and games installing within an hour. Kids love it and even the gf managed to figure out how to use it for streaming her shows.

Was able to buy myself and my little brother a ps5 with Best Buy’s PayPal checkout option. Now we can play together since we don’t get to see each other often. Ps5 digital is a sweet deal but went with the disc version so I can let my little bro dust off my ps4 games! Unfortunately, not the ps3 games, but all the same I can recycle my childhood and he can add to his. As an advid PC gamer, I often find myself choosing PS5 for larger titles as most largely marketed games seem to be optimized for PS5 for graphics and performance. Could use more storage capacity but there are memory accessories for those who need it. Stock setup I can download about 4-5 large games at once.

I like physical format so the disk player is a must. PS5 slim is a great gaming platform. I like the speed and performance of the system along with the responsiveness.

The PS5 is a wonderful product. It doesn't disappoint at any level. Sharp, fast and unmistakably modern. Sony continues to be a dependable brand for home electronic entertainment. Just as Levi is for pants.

Updated from PS4. Faster, better graphics, easy to set up and use. Nice additional features and main menu / widgets. Only had it set up for a week, but happy so far.

I have owned all of the recent gaming consoles and PS5 is by far the best. The UI is clean and the speed is amazing. I loaded the same game on PS5 and Xbox Series X. The PS5 finished in half the time as the Xbox. Now that most games can be purchased for either console, PS5 is the clear winner for me.
