The graphics are amazing for a console. One of the better consoles I have played on and the controller is great.

Playstation Beautiful graphics, good gameplay exclusive games play every day I can but you the life a grown up suck no more time playing time .

This is one of the best consoles for gamers out there. I love the controller vibration and the sound of it. Also playing on 120 fps feels unreal it is so good for a console like this. It never over heats unless you use it over 5 hours. It really is a great gaming system!

Amazing no issues fast and works wonders easy to use

Definitely a great console but make sure to keep it lying down. With a disc reader you do not want it standing up.

Everything i expected! No complaints or things to add.

Item is great. Worked as advertised. Delivery was questionable. Consul was turned on its head when opened. There's no clear marker for which side to open the box on. Product was luckily not damaged though, so no complaints about that so far.

Best gaming system out there by far!! I took the leap of faith and finally replaced my ps4 for the ps5 which I needed an upgrade.

When setting up unit for the first time, my kids where neutral at watching. the set up was very quick, and when turned on, it was like lightning had struck, WoW

Amazing Customer service from my Rep Brian, he was patient and made sure my needs were met. First time in the gaming world and trying to find something for my 6yo son, best recommendation ever, I walked in empty handed and walked out with brand new PS5!!!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

So the thing is we ordered this item as an “open box” clearance item. When we took it home it worked well but the disc drive had some issues. So for the item itself it’s really like 3 stars. BUT the five stars are for customer service. We returned the item on BLACK FRIDAY and the girl who helped us was super friendly and got us in and out of the store within minutes, even while having to troubleshoot a missing item number. Definitely restored faith in me that the in person retail experience is almost always worth it!

Bought for my boyfriend as he needed a new one, great console, works as it should, employees helped me make sure to get the correct one with disc as i was unaware there were different versions
