Amazing quality had a lemon at first but ended up replacing it with a better one customer service was amazing

My new PS5 works flawlessly. Purchasing on line was easy. Best buy delivered it free of charge. I traded in my old PS4, and in a few days, I received a refund of $70.00 from Best Buy. I LOVE my new PS5. It's faster, resolution is sharper while playing games. Really glad I made the purchase. : )

Great system the only down fall is every game has to down load before u play

While the system itself is incredible, the system is also faulty. There are times where the disc isn’t Eve showing up on the system, there are times where the system cuts on or off on its own and we are left highly confused despite us changing the system settings to not power on upon login.

A good price, however it didn't work properly once I got it home. Disc based games did not play, some digital games wouldn't play, and some visual issues. Everything else worked.

My gaming experience goes back to the Atari 2600, and while some of you may need to Google that, I have been a gamer for a long time. Most of that time was spent playing using a keyboard and mouse, and I shook my head at all those console gamers and their controllers, which I felt inferior to how I played. Fast forward to when I gifted my gaming PC to my son because he would get more use out of it. Still a gamer, I decided to give the Playstation a shot, and while I had to fumble with the controller for a few weeks to get acclimated, I now cannot ever see a return to the PC. The PS5 is the best in class and one of the best gaming purchases, along with my SteamDeck, that I have ever made.

Great product, they gave it to me and a busted up box but the ps5 came in good condition !

Late to the party, per usual, but enjoying the ease of use of this console. Long time playstaion user and will continue to be. No issues to note. Just get one already.

Works great, been using it for a couple years now and am very pleased. The controller got stick drift pretty quick.

Graphics are fenomenal, I bought it just because i must have it but now i see the big difference, Must have.

Bought this for my close friends son for Christmas. He was totally not expecting it. Was so excited to receive it. His friend ended up getting one also. They’ve been playing online together every day.
