I’m enjoying my ps5 now. I have finished a lot of games and it works perfectly fine with my hisense tv

Amazing product has nice features had to buy another one to have one in the room.

The product itself is great. My issue lies with the lack of customer service when I came into the store. I walked right to what I needed, and needed assistance. I looked around and could not spot a SINGLE employee on the floor. So I went to the check in desk and asked if she could please have someone come and answer a question for me and told her where I would be. She got on a walkie and sent the message and I waited… and waited… and.. waited. 4 employees this time walked right by, avoiding eye contact. I understand if there is already a task they are assigned to or a department they are assigned to, but the very least they could do is ask if I’ve been helped, and if not, ensure I get the help I need. These are expensive products and I want to make sure I’m making the correct and educated decision. When I finally had help I had to personally ask a random employee who didn’t really seem interested in helping, but did anyway. It wasn’t the best experience and I will likely not purchase something like this again from this store. I’d rather go to a store where the customer service agents actually care about providing customer service.

East set up and fun console. Just wish game prices would drop

Always buying at BestBuy because of rewards and offers thru the BestBuy CC, and even if was a refurbished item Geek Team cleaned and restored like new !!!

What can you say, it's a PS5! The grandkids LOVE it. There are so many game options available, and the fact that it can load disks or play online is a great. No regrets!

As expected of sony PS series. One of the best and most smooth running console I have ever seen.

This is a great console! Super fast downloading, streaming and updating. Everything just seems to run smoother than the PS4.

Only con is controller has been a bit on sensitive side meaning joystick hasn’t been great this will be my second time returning system just to get new controller don’t joystick malfunctioning (during gameplay moving on its own)

I love my tv it has a very good and clear picture i also love my ps5 i also purchase along with my iPhone love best by thanks for making things affordable for me i will recommend all my family and friends

I bought the slim version of the Playstation 5 and am very happy it takes up way less space and is extremely quiet. I highly recommend it if you dont have a lot of space to place a gaming console.

This is by far the best console out there atm ;) I really love the selection of PS plus I highly recommend getting the premium, hours of entertainment.

i will never buy anything from best buy again.. This was supposed to be brand new but im pretty sure its refurbished. This thing has been giving me issues since i got it. It makes noise when being turned on, i thought it was normal until someone told me its not. I’ve only had it for 3 months. Don’t get me started on the controller. The controller does not work well with bluetooth. I have to constantly have it plugged in. I ended up buying 2 more controllers from bestbuy just to experience the same exact thing.. Like i should’ve just went on the actual playstation website

This console gen is just an mild upgrade of last generation. Not too many great new ideas just sequels and remake or remasters.

My kids love it. So vibrant and clear. Nothing bad to say about it.
