When we took it home it worked well but the disc drive had some issues. So for the item itself it’s really like 3 stars. BUT the five stars are for customer service. We returned the item on BLACK FRIDAY and the girl who helped us was super friendly and got us in and out of the store within minutes, even while having to troubleshoot a missing item number. Definitely restored faith in me that the in person retail experience is almost always worth it!

I love the controller vibration and the sound of it. Also playing on 120 fps feels unreal it is so good for a console like this. It never over heats unless you use it over 5 hours. It really is a great gaming system!
