Worst customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy is the worst company please do not buy from them. Received open box after buying for new. They put my account on red flag for 2 years because I called for them to exchange the items I received. No one was willing to help. They proceeded to tell me to contact law enforcement regarding the matter.
