I liked that this version of the ps5 was more smaller, very easy to setup, my only downside was that after a couple weeks, maybe like 2 weeks after i bought the ps5, the controller that comes with it started to give me problems with the left analog stick, no sort of stick drift or anything like that, it’s just every time i would move the left analog stick in any direction it would make a very annoying squeaky noise for some odd reason, nonetheless I’m very satisfied with the new ps5 slim

No cosmetic defects out of the box, the stand legs are functional just a little smaller and fragile than I'd like, haven't had any issues with the disk drive or any over heating. Load times are pretty good and storage is ok but I did also purchase a 2TB SSD when I bought it and would recommend that to anyone getting one. I'm still on the fence about the adaptive controllers, they're cool for aure but I disabled the adaptive triggers after a while due to finger strain in intensive games.

The PS5 is a great upgrade from the ps4 especially with resources intensive games! The 1Tb storage size is great also.

Super awesome system, can't go wrong. I got the extra storage, 3 extra controllers and the charger bases. Only way to go.

I personally waited to purchase my PS5 knowing that Sony would come out with a smaller version of the console, i previously have a PS4 slim so it only made sense to get the PS5 slim disc edition...
