The PS5 was an amazing purchase however it gets insanely hot and the CD drive is loud. For the price you’re paying for experience.

The new PS5 is the perfect Gift! It hooks up to my Television with no problem, I also was able to transfer my ps4 info onto the new ps5 console by Bluetooth. And the COD III download is outstanding!!!

Thanks to the Best Buy credit card. I was able to get my friend PS five and didn’t have to make my first payment within the first two months when I was ready to make a payment I was able to choose how much I wanted to pay and it’s 18 months no interest!!!!

Playstation bundle is a pretty good buy. I enjoyed playing zombies while i downloaded other games from the network. The only thing i have noticed is that there are alot more cartoonish looking games being made. Its not a ps5 issues but just an irritant

Our PS5 was delivered in perfect condition. The order process was simple and Best Buy was there to help with any questions. I will always shop at Best Buy. Their customer service is excellent and they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I actually wound up returning this, because my brother bought me one as a present BUT the new slim consoles are WAY smaller than the launch ones. It's wild. BTW - the little clear plastic pieces are to lay it on it's side

Perfect Christmas gift for teenage son! He had PlayStation 4 forever, and his brother already bought himself a PS5 a few months ago, so we knew what to expect. This bundle deal was very nice to be able to start gameplay upon opening this gift.

it great game play continues the only drawback it's mandatory that you have internet more fun when you play with friends at home with no worries about computer crackers or black hats so once you start playing unplug the internet for safty

Definitely slimmer than the original ! It has worked perfectly with the extra memory but I do suggest putting and external fan

My husband did a upgrade from PS4 to the PS5. He plays online every night with a group of guys from other states. He loves it and sometimes the PS5 gets more attention than me.

Was surprised it came early and the games are excellent with this console, i recommend getting this. only downside is that i thought it would have more storage but still worth getting if you want clean gameplay and faster loading.

No complaints. Came as advertised. I am glad I made the purchase. Games play smoother on the console compared to PS4 Pro. I still think 1TB storage is a joke since most games are are around 80gig and higher. There should be a 2TB version
