    No complaints. Came as advertised. I am glad I made the purchase. Games play smoother on the console compared to PS4 Pro. I still think 1TB storage is a joke since most games are are around 80gig and higher. There should be a 2TB version

    Bought this as a gift for my partner and he loves it! It’s been so fun to have this in our household, everyone loves it. I was overwhelmed when I went to best buy but the workers were so nice and helped me find exactly what I needed.

    It came on time, and everything works great. The only issue I would say if you get it delivered it doesn't come packaged well at least for me so it could easily be stolen. Good thing my husband was getting home when it did.

    Order was easy. Delivery arrived earlier by 2 days. Trade-in of older PS4 was quick and concise in evaluation. PS-5 is good with COD MW3 pre-load as described. Quite happy with the purchase and experience with Best Buy.

    Love it! I was really hyped to get my brand new ps5 and when I picked it up I received it almost instantaneously. Service was unlike any other! Love Best Buy and will definitely go back for more. Thanks again guys and amazing job!

    Well we got 2 of these for our kids. One of the systems has now crapped out after 19 months! Warranty is only for a year. Mind you, this system has never left the stand it was on and the room it was in had minimal stuff in it and cleaned regularly. $500 for a system that doesn't last 2 years is ridiculous. The other system will sometimes glitch out, but for the most part has been fine. Would i recommend? Honestly, it's up to the buyer. Standard warranty should be at least 2 years.

    My husband and I got the ps5 for our son for Christmas and he loves! Little dude played the story mode of COD and beat it within 2 days. To top it off he gets to play online with his dad as he also got one 2months ago as well.

    Ps5 disk is working great display quality its better then my xbox series x big games like gta5 its more clear to see and dislike when u power off and have to unplug it to move it says there is change losing stuff
