    The console arrived in good shape. I paid for expedited shipping for a Christmas gift, and it arrived on time. The only thing that I didn't like is that the box was very dirty, and the seal was open.

    The girl at the customer service desk was amazing. She was polite, knowledgeable and she was able to help me effectively with getting the ps5. It works great, super easy to set up and has a lot of good good features.

    Literally finally got around to buy this for my middle son. I git my hands on one about two years ago and he said just give it to our youngest. Super proud of him and can’t wait to see his face when he opens it.

    Christmas grift for my boys, they are in love with it. I loved the price and the fact that the PS5 can be under my Best Buy warranty because it’s so expensive and my kids don’t know how to take care of it

    My son absolutely loves this system! Everything has ran smoothly so far. Download time took quite some time but we kind of expected that.everything was in great condition and all there when we opened the box.

    Amazing device great quality the only issue I’m having with mine is the CD drive is way too loud. I have called Sony twice. I have not been able to get with anyone that can explain why it’s so loud on start up
