    I purchased the ps5 bundle open box excellent condition and it did not bring the game (it was advertised with modern warfare 3) I called best buy and they kept telling me to call PlayStation as it is them who sends the game when you buy and open box. After 3 days of calling best buy and telling them that PlayStation was not answering the calls they agreed to send me a gift card for the amount of the game $69.99. Other then that issue the ps5 was in excellent conditions and overall was happy with the product
