Bought 2 ps5 call of duty bundle open box (excellent condition) only to find out only ps5 bundle had the call of duty Game & the other didnt.

The item arrived with the seal open and I bought it new, something can be done since I paid for something completely new

Ordered an excellent condition open box console. Was sent a good condition. Was told I could get shipped a better condition to swap out only to get told they "dont have any". I was told to exchange in store but of course open box ps5 consoles aren't overflowing at my local store to swap put with. I was told after hours of phone calls and in store interactions that Id just have to return it and buy a better condition one for more money. When asked if they could adjust my order to just charge for a good condition or to buy and immediately resell the lower price I was told no. And when I asked the supervisor on the phone if the issue could be escalated or if I could just get a credit for the inconvenience I was also told no. My only option now is to keep what i overpaid for or return it and get punished with notbgetting anything and going through all the hassle

I had a hard time whenever I wanna to pick up my BS5. Because by accident they give my ps5 to other Another customer in lovely that customer was my friend if If it was in my friend, our never enable to get my PS5. And I would a lost my money all that. Because if a mistake often employs I don't know how they done that but
