    Had gotten this as a Christmas gift and it worked awesome for the first day. Second day rolled around and it was pixelating and barely could get a clear picture. Had to swap out for a new one.

    Purchased for Christmas gift, console is already broken. due to Best Buy return period. Purchased online 12/19/2023, delivered 12/20/2023, opened and started playing 12/25/2023, broke/stopped working 1/13/2024, attempted to return/exchange 1/19/2024 (33days from purchase) learned of the unreasonable time period, 1/22/2024 on online chat informed there is nothing they can do; only options is to purchase their protections plan for $80, contact Sony to get help under warranty plan or make an insurance claim with $100 deductible.

    The ps great but was to get 10% in rewards didt and best buy Customerservice has no idea how the Best Buy credit card works. Worst customer service ever.

    My purchase didn’t have the card in it to download the game that was supposed to be included. Should’ve just bought the regular ps5

    Item was missing all the cables. When I reported to 1800 number they told me to go to any best buy store and they will give you new cable. I visited Woodbridge VA store and the spoke with manager. The store manager was very rude and unprofessional. He told me why i am in store go call 1 800 there’s nothing he can do. This is my last time I am buying something from best buy!!!

    Harooni was a harassed by the Best Buy employees for trying to return the system. They only wanted to exchange it upon exchanging the system. The employee never told me that they will open it and take out a digital code that was included with the system. I was belittled, almost drove to the point of an anxiety attack. I was forced to take the system, I don’t know if I can step foot again

    Received defective PS5. Turns off after roughly 30 mins of play time. Spent all of Christmas day troubleshooting it with a disappointed 10 year old. Returned on Dec 26th. Was told a new one would ship by Jan 6th, or I could pay $30 for premium shipping to get on 28th. Convinced manager to pay $30 shipping, unit tracking shows Jan 2nd. Very disappointed.

    So we are a Xbox family. We wanted to try PlayStation. Heard a lot of great things. Barf...Not a fan. Not only does it look like a router. It's not any better then Xbox. There's no games except maybe assins creed

    Have sent hours trying to resolve the problem. Looks like another disappointing experience with Beat Buy. The only solution return pS5 to Best Buy The product works fine. Buyer Beware . I was informed by agent this happens all the time. Why would anyone want to return an item that works ? Sony refusing calls. Its a manufacturer issue . Im disgusted .

    the game console was loose inside the box with one piece of bubble wrap, one of the covers was chiped and loose inside the box and there was no(full game download included!...the ps5 still worked so i just kept it...next time i'll come to the store! just a really bad experience over all

    MW3 is trash but the PS5 Slim revision is fantastic. I never liked the huge size of the original; this one fits much better on a desk. It also looks better imo. Just as quiet, if not more quiet than the OG. And in case you're worried, you do NOT need to buy the stand that's sold separately if you want to stand it up vertically. It stands without it just fine. Only get the stand if you have pets or children who like to knock things over.

    I bought this and other products on the Black Friday , today after more than 2 weeks I’m here still waiting to get my whole order , I’m very disappointed of Best Buy, I bough several things and the only ones I’m still waiting for are the ones that I got on Best Buy , also they have a very bad costumer service

    Best Buy sold me a PS5 with a free digital game that was expired and its been a nightmare getting Sony to honor an expired code. Shame on Best Buy for hooking customers with a tease of a free triple A rated game knowing they are selling expired codes. Zero customer obsession

    I was sold this as an open box and assured it was fine. It was missing the game and no discount was given for that fact. I had to return. BB should check and see if the code is scratched if someone returns. Then they should charge that person and discount further.

    I bought using Apple Pay, I changed the name of the person to do the pick-up and it didn't update in the store, the sellers were super arrogant, I contacted support and they had to change the place where I picked up. Best Buy la Brea, don't buy anything there.
