The entire Best Buy staff at my local store is phenomenal. They supported me with my pick up process and made it as seamless as possible. As someone who games on PC and Console, the PS5 is much more aligned with my taste and provides a simple, efficient, and fun gaming experience. The Best Buy employee that processed my pick up even recommended a couple of games to try on the new console which i will definitely consider as their strong recommendation really fit my liking. I’m very satisfied with my console as well as my purchasing experience. 10/10, thanks Best Buy Staten Island!

This was a gift for my husband, he absolutely loves it!.. I was impressed too with the games.. it looks so realistic.. almost like watching a movie.

Everything is what was expected. Definitely in stock and work well with 8k hdmi on 4k tvs. Additional storage with heat sink was easy to install

I love this console and the new slim design. I like how the disc drive is modular. I think the design is much better than the original thicker version.

Love how much space in entertainment center it saves me. Love the 1tb storage it comes with. Should have included at least 1tb with the original.

Bought ps5 as a gift for my finance and he absolutely loves it. Has no complaints about it. Its powerful console makes it excellent for gaming.

Took me a little longer than expected to finally purchase one of these, but I’m glad I went with the slim version. Purchased it online in the morning, picked it up a few hours later on my lunch break. Showed the cashier my pickup info and I was in and out in about a minute. Even had enough time to drop it off at my house, eat lunch and get back to work on time. 5 out of 5 stars for me.
