So easy to shop with and such an nice environment .

Loved the item but don’t recommend using progressive leasing to buy it !! And needs another controller with it for what you pay !

I like the slim model but don't plan on using this game could've bought just the slim ps5 if it was available without bundle.

Good transaction, have issue with first purchase but customer service was great and exchange for a new one quickly.

The cosole and games are great. However this slim version is not much smaller than the original. And the fan is loud. Really loud. I was hopping that to get fixed with the slim model.

Live the console! The controller on the other hand has buttons sticking already. Not sure whata going on but will have to take them in to be checked out

Just bought my ps5 modernwarfare 3 and i doesnt have the digital download how can i claim it

Already had to replace because hard drive went out. Only had 3 weeks.

I didnt receive a copy of modern warefare 3, i didnt receive a cable for the controller, i didnt receive a stand for my ps5. For spending $500, thats a lot of stuff i paid for i didnt get. Ill never purchase a console from best buy ever again.

I was very disappointed with this order. I purchased this believing that this was a new unit as it said upon checkout. I get the shipment and it’s in a brown boxes bubble wrapped with no ps5 box or instructions. I was mortified because this was a gift and I don’t purchase open box items to give to anyone. I called customer service who stated the website had not been updated and there were no new in stock consoles even though the website stated they had some to ship and in store in my area. I wanted to return, the person receiving said it was fine, but the bundle download isn’t on the console either from worst to worst. Can’t say I will ever make a purchase from Best Buy again, will stick to Target.

It’s okay. Nothing fancy about it. Would recommend.
