That might be the thing that makes me happiest. I was very happy because when everyone is asleep, I turn it on and play and all the stress of the day disappears. I'm also very happy that I bought it from best buy because I got the best price.

I was happy I was able to afford and get this for my wife. She loves to play games and she got me mines 2 years ago and right now she is on my old PS4 and I was happy Best Buy had some available and I was able to get this for her for Christmas so she can play her Dead by Day light game.

Overall very satisfied, purchased gift for my son and he loved it . He got the newest version which has high def image quality and air flow to not overheat console. Included a game and got him the disc version to play his ps4 games. He can also purchase games online and download

Such an amazing console. I have for 8 months and everyday it’s surprising me how good it is. I was thinking as a ps4 owner the console would have a horror sound like an engine airplane. But for now its completely quiet

My experience with this Ps5 has been way better than my experience with the normal ps5. Best Buy made my transaction some much worth it when everyone was patient with me in deciding what I really wanted to get. The check out process was very quick as well. 5 stars for me

I was not in a hurry to get the PS5 at all, as my PS4 is just fine. However, when the COD/PS5 Slim Bundle came out I knew it was value that I could not pass up. I have had it for a little over a month and no issues. I am totally committed to Sony gaming and highly recommend.

Ordered it online and picked up at local Bestbuy the next day. As always overall rating of the product and customer service was excellent. The new slim feature of the console is stunning and an eye catcher for everyone that comes over. Definitely a great purchase.

I went into Bestbuy not wanting to buy a PS5 but was talked into the console by one of the employees. It was the best decision ever i even was able to sign up for the credit card with no intrest. My kids love the game and its awesome features. Thanks Bestbuy!!! Your awesome

10 months sinces i got for my husband and its like brand new, i also play it sometimes and really like it, first play station we’ve had and its the best.

Delivered safely and in prestine condition. Not sure if the game pack was worth it, but system runs smoothly and the console looks amazing. The haptic remotes are really cool and comfortable. If you are able to upgrade i would recommend the move.

Great console. Very happy with the minimal amount frame drop and the consistent high quality experience. Much happier with the home screens and menus over the PS4. Haptic feedback works well on the controller, I’m actually surprised at how strong it can be.
