We love our new PS5! I will say though, if you live somewhere with poor Wi-Fi from time-to-time this may not be the best option for you. Some of the games will lag every now and then. We got Just Dance for the girls and it won't work at all because of internet. Other than that, it's very user friendly.

I bought this system for my girlfriend so we could play games together and we have been enjoying it so far. although the design of the system could be a bit better, the gameplay is fantastic, not to mention its so much quieter than the ps4 systems.

Customer Service was excellent! PS5 Game is perfect! The employee that assisted me was named America (from Mexico, how ironic) and she was awesome! Promote that young woman! A raise or something, I haven’t stopped playing my game since i bought it.

10 months sinces i got for my husband and its like brand new, i also play it sometimes and really like it, first play station we’ve had and its the best.

love it better then my pc would buy it again 4k on a oled is crazy

That might be the thing that makes me happiest. I was very happy because when everyone is asleep, I turn it on and play and all the stress of the day disappears. I'm also very happy that I bought it from best buy because I got the best price.

Great bundle for $499. Ready in less than an hour for pickup at the store. My son was pleased so I am pleased. Be prepared to spend money on the Playstation Pass and additional games and pickup an extra controller. Happy with my purchase.

Pro: Coming from a PS4, the SSD and network are way faster so games download and loads a lot faster. Con: runs hot; the UI is not the best...a bit confusing.

It’s a great console very quiet and quick but you can get a good PC for 100 bucks more and you’d be able to use your PC for so much more things and not just gaming

Obviously if you have ever had a Playstation you want the newest, so this system is instantly dast for loading and playing. Response is immediate and the resolution is so realistic in gaming. A must have for the one who loves to play!

Such an amazing console. I have for 8 months and everyday it’s surprising me how good it is. I was thinking as a ps4 owner the console would have a horror sound like an engine airplane. But for now its completely quiet

I ordered this from the Loveland store. They called me and said that it had not arrived on the truck, but that Ft. Collins had it and they would transfer the order to them. They did and I was able to pick it up in an hour! Great service and my son loves it! The play station is great

Overall very satisfied, purchased gift for my son and he loved it . He got the newest version which has high def image quality and air flow to not overheat console. Included a game and got him the disc version to play his ps4 games. He can also purchase games online and download

I was happy I was able to afford and get this for my wife. She loves to play games and she got me mines 2 years ago and right now she is on my old PS4 and I was happy Best Buy had some available and I was able to get this for her for Christmas so she can play her Dead by Day light game.
