The only issue I would say if you get it delivered it doesn't come packaged well at least for me so it could easily be stolen. Good thing my husband was getting home when it did.

Trade-in of older PS4 was quick and concise in evaluation. PS-5 is good with COD MW3 pre-load as described. Quite happy with the purchase and experience with Best Buy.

He plays online every night with a group of guys from other states. He loves it and sometimes the PS5 gets more attention than me.

Little dude played the story mode of COD and beat it within 2 days. To top it off he gets to play online with his dad as he also got one 2months ago as well.

I have called Sony twice. I have not been able to get with anyone that can explain why it’s so loud on start up

I was late on Christmas gifts and thought it wouldn’t arrive on time but it did. I’m always afraid to purchase expensive electronics is internet and hav were shipped, but everything was great.
