Didn't come with game... save yourself some money if you have a ps5 already, if you don't just go get ps5 pro for the price of this item. Doesn't come with game if open box as well

First off, I love the console and the game both are amazing. If you want this console, try to find one in a store that you can physically purchase and take home with you. Best Buy uses a 3rd party vender for shipping this item. I spent hours and even several days trying to find my package after it was allegedly delivered. It was never delivered to me nor did I sign for it. Best But won't help you, and their 3rd Party vender places all the blame on the shipping company (FEDEX) who again will not help you. I reached out to all 3 more times than I can count over like a 4 or 5 day span. Then as if heaven opened up my package mysteriously arrived, the box was opened with all the seals broken and left in a package delivery box near my home. My package was supposed to be signed for but I nor my wife signed for this package. I had filed a claim with FEDEX and the 3rd party vender about the issue and I wasn't notified until I reached out again several days later letting them know that my package had been found that I was told that FEDEX denied my claim. Basically, if I never got it, to them it didn't matter it wasn't their money. This is not the first issue I have had with Best Buy, but it will be my last. I am honestly surprised that they are even able to maintain a functioning business with the negligence I have experienced.
