    Excellent customer service. From mobile app to front desk pickup 5 stars. Congrats to the software developers building an awesome purchasing pipeline top to bottom. PS5 slim is also awesome. Sooooo quiet compared to Xbox Series X. Bluetooth devices work like they should on a computer unlike the Xbox consoles.

    I hesitated for a long time to upgrade our ps4 console, but with a newer model oled 4k tv this console really shines. The backwards compatibility and access to ps5 games in the PS+ subscription has allowed the family to jump in and enjoy the upgraded experience without additional investment. The inclusion of a new release game made it a great deal.
