Grew up on XBOX and really struggled making the switch, but I'm glad I did especially after all the recent bad news regarding the future of XBOX. Gameplay is amazing when paired with a output device that supports all its capabilities.

Litterallty the best sum of money ive spent this year. The game is 10/10 and provides the best experience in a game ive had in a long time. The console is customizable and amazing in every way. Truly next gen in all aspects.

The PS5 was a gift for my husband and it was the best purchase. Not only does he play games but, he can download apps to watch movies and even play music. I would recommend this for anyone who not only like to game but, enjoys versatility.

My daughter loves her PS5... Initially I was debating wether to get the one with disc or without a disc and the reason why I got the one with the disc is so that she can watch DVD movies on it and it eliminates me having to buy a DVD player.

The PS5 Spiderman Edition arrived on time and in excellent condition. Purchasing it online was convenient and still allowed to use Best Buys same as cash purchase plan and the pricing was very competitive. I'm probably going to need external storage.

We bought this item because our previous one blew up internally after a thunderstorm. This time around we bought geek squad protection. Still standing after few thunderstorms here and there

After having issues with our PS4 i decided to purchase the PS5 Slim for my son considering he was using the PS4 but liked my PS5 better. He thought he was getting new controllers or console but instead this arrived on our doorstep. He was ecstatic!

Absolutely love my PS5, held off on buying one for a while but man the upgrade was worth it. The only thing that bugs me is the storage but it’s not a giant problem. I would still definitely recommend buying if you don’t have one.

This was a Christmas gift for my boys. I bought it at Best Buy because I knew they would be thrilled with it and I was glad for both the price and the service of Best Buy. It's the place I know I can trust to get quality products and the best customer service for a tech item.

Excellent purchase! Bought it used and while it’s not 100% but savings alone makes it worth it.

Im a pc gamer so went with ps5 for the exclusives am I loving this. Wish the battery life on the controllers was better but other than that 5 stars.

Excellent game play, being able to play both ps5 and ps4 games is a huge plus! Makes every game play in 4k and being able to have games downloaded instead of putting in your cds was another positive

Amazing system. The only issue I have is that when installing anything the system will freeze if you try to play game trailers but overall nice device

The ps5 slim is really nice. The problem I have with it is that the voucher code doesn't work. I tried putting it in several times and it just didn't seem to register. So I contacted playstation support and its been about two weeks since they last reached out. I sent them the voucher code and all my receipts and they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. Again I haven't heard from them in two weeks. Other than that, its a pretty good buy.

Best system with graphics to keep you busy for hours

Everything works perfect, purchased this item as an open box only issue I didn’t receive the game that is supposed to come with it however one call to best buy and it was resolved. With how large games are today i wish PlayStation had put a 2gb memory in it.
