Bestbuy was great and ups was not so great

My only problem i had was on ups side and trying to get a hold of them. It said it was out for delivery for 5 days in a row but bestbuy was a great help with that and i finally got a hold of ups.

My only issue is that we can’t get Hulu, prime, HBO or YouTube to download. It says error try again. We use those the most so it’s a bummer. I’ve read all kinds of ways to fix it but I can’t. But overall the ps5 is nice
