It was okay. I learned that it was better to buy a new one then used one because the used one would be more.

The fan runs way louder then the normal PS5, the design is also inferior and feels cheaper.

The game is not included unfortunately, need to visit the store to see whats wrong just a simple ps5

Bought open box "excellent" condition ps5 spiderman bundle. Customer service promised me I would receive a game code so I drove an hour to pick it up. Ps5 was dirty, missing the usb c cable and missing the game code. Contacted customer service, and after an hour of providing documentation, they told me they couldn't do anything. I've spent several thousands at best buy in the last few years but never buying anything from them again. Cancelled my best buy card and would have closed my account but I need to for my tv warranty.

The oroduct did not come with the game it stated it had and ive been given the runaround about it.

The system itself works but the included controller develop stick drift. 3 months 2 plus months in.

This was a Sony - PlayStation 5 Slim Console – Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Bundle (Full Game Download Included) - White. Bundle with Spider-Man 2 game. The game was missing, when called customer service multiple times, they couldn't help me and told to go to any store. Store told me they cannot help with anything. All lies Worst customer service. Never buying anything from Best Buy again ever.

Not satisfied spent a lot of money got treated like crap in the store a few days later it's like they don't appreciate my business. They sell great items like this one but doesn't matter because I can get it anywhere and not be treated like crap. You go to Best Buy for customer experience. I should have not gone all the way to Manhattan which is out of my way cause I'm in The Bronx to be treated like crap. Next time I'll go down the street I don't mind paying 700 or even a 1000 for the same thing I can get at Best Buy for 500 what I do care about is customer experience. You guys set yourself up for failure with these reviews knowing that you treated me like crap why would you send me a review you know I'm going to review it and give you terrible ratings. When it comes down to it. Like I said before you can get these items anywhere at the Chinese little mom and pop shop or the little Indian down the corner. Money's not an option Being treated like crap or not being treated like crap is an option.

It was an open box but was told it was in excellent condition and was inspected by Best Buy. My order was missing 2 horizontal feet AND the game code. Took it to the store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have to bundle with Spider-Man game anymore ??

I placed this order on 12/23/23. It said delivery date was by 1/5. They shipped on 1/3 and then had a delivery exception. That delivery date went from 1/5 to 1/9 and then 1/10. I spent between $600-$700, after the extra games I bought and taxes. I contacted no less than 5 reps. The one time I called I was disconnected or hung up on, because they asked for a call back number, if we got disconnected. They never called back and then reshipped on the date it was supposed to be delivered. Don’t trust these reviews either. I left another review and they didn’t post. The game system is good, but wouldn’t recommend buying from BB. Once they have your money. They no longer care about the customer. Had the same issue with a large screen tv I tried returning. They said ship it back. I will pay more for games, than possibly deal with their incompetence again. The system is good, but BB poor communication ruined this purchase.

Not too different than ps4 thought graphics would be better. Not worth the money.

My overall experience wasn’t too pleasant. I had to wait for approval at time of pickup confusion about my card when everything matched. Only to wake up on Christmas to my son telling me his game’s redemption code isn’t inside the box as it was suppose to be and BestBuy can’t assist, I have to contact PlayStation.

I didn't get the Slider-man 2 game with my system.

Somewhat obvious my own fault but not. I bought used from BB. I thought I would get a bundle, but since the game was "Downloadable" the person who returned kept for free, and I didnt have the game physical or digital. BB didnt mention and I didnt ask. Wasn't happy.
