Did NOT come with Spiderman game, was NOT in excellent condition, contacted customer service would not do anything but offer return.

There's not much to say. Bought it as a gift for Christmas i think store should wait until after the holidays to ask for review on something that hasn't even been open.

The system would heat up most of the time for the simplest tasks. Get the original Ps5

The PlayStation works great. THE REMOTE CONTROL BROKE AFTER 2 Months of USE!!! NOT HAPPY.

I had this console 1 week and then it stopped turning on. No beep, no nothing. I opted for a refund rather than a replacement because I was so disappointed in the lack of quality control. This isn't the first Sony product I've had that turned out to be a lemon. Thankfully Best Buy's customer service made it easy to get my money back.

Will never buy a open box again PlayStation again it was locked when I first received it

Mid but but, as i expected and customer service just took too long and didnt even have it ready for me i had go to store and and ask them if its ready.

I am not unhappy with the console overall, but the fact Sony forces developers to censor the games that will be on their platform, I was very interested in Stellar Blade and I am very unhappy with the release day patch censoring outfits. I am sure this behavior will continue. I want to play the games the developers want to release not the modified version sony will allow on their platform.

My ps 5 only lasted 4 months until it went to safemode

While set up was problem free, game play crashed every single time. Most screens wouldn’t load. Pixel glitches. 6.5 hours troubleshooting only to find it was fatal hardware error. Unfortunately this ruined Christmas Day. Advice is - stress test the heck out of your device before expected use. Thankful for BB’s return policy. That was hassle free!

Burned out right after warranty. Now im stuck with a shell.

Like the title says. I dont really need a Playstation. I have a High End PC where I do all of my gaming. Sadly this game isn’t on that so I had to get a whole new console again. The first PS5 I had I bought it for the same reason. To play Miles Morales. I ended up selling that console. Will probably do the same with this one once I beat the game a couple times. I hope one day exclusives stop and companies let you play their games on any platform.

The console works great, but it doesnt come with the spiderman 2 game. Its a lie. Bestbuy doesnt help you out either and says it comes as is. Which is ridiculous because i couldve purchased a BRAND NEW for the SAME PRICE INSTEAD of openbox. Terrible service. Never again.

Runs hotter then then the original PS5, and doesn't provide any upgrade worth the price.

Received item almost a week after promised date. Item looked like it may already have been opened i.e. the tape covering the flap was cut through. All items were in the box however and the download code for Spider-man 2 worked.

Its good but over rated. Xbox series X is better. Only reason i bought ps5 over xbox is because of naughty dog.

had to return. I was told it could play ps4 games but unfortunately it doesn’t. My son was really disappointed

The game didnt come with spiderman 2 as stated. Controller is weak, have to press it harder to respond

I give it a low rating since first I didn't get the downloadable Spiderman game and second the PlayStation arrived scratched and scratched and even the console didn't read the CDs it came with factory defects and Best Buy didn't help me with a solution and I continue with that problem.
