Be aware about to buy "open box". The description was in excellent condition bundle with digital game but the card to activate the game was not there. I call customer service and they said probably the "original owner" used it or keeped and they can't do anything, unbelievable

Fools Gold. Best Buy post the picture of the Spider Man game and say, with an open box item, which I bought. That you get the Spider Man game, but you don’t. And Best Buy has no way of making whole this mistake besides returning it and getting a new unopened system

I was told it would come with a physical copy by the employee. When i got home to open the box it just had a digital code for the game. If i knew this i would have just waited to get a digital ps5 to be able to get more items.

No stand, no game no power cord. Didn't work when I tested it.

Dont risk ordering this online because if you dont recieve it Best Buy will tell you they will investigate BUT they will still charge you then tell you sorry nothing they can do and your stuck paying for something you never receive.

This system constantly loses connection with the hdmi when I play Call of Duty MW3 or The GTA Collection. It gets really annoying. I notice that it has trouble when games are being played from a non factory SSD which is where those games are installed. I don’t recommend it.

It arrived broken, doesn’t turn on at all, even when trying with different cables and outlets. BestBuy refuse to replace. Don’t buy!

I bought this equipment 6 months ago and it stopped working. I went to the store and they told me that they couldn't do anything, because the membership I paid for doesn't work and I had to fix it myself.

Good job ups and usps for losing this package. Transferred over to usps from ups and was supposed to get it during the 1st week of April but it has been lost and have been waiting patiently over a month now

First it's not the PS5's fault. My husband just decided he didn't want it. I'm sure it's a fun system. At least there Hopefully, was some kids who might not have gotten it, if we had not cancelled it. A Christmas win for someone.

Had for a few months now and barely use it, mostly just gathers dust. There are barely any new interesting games mostly just remakes out. Very disappointed in it.

I did not receive my package customer service was rude. Unreliable did not help me and now I have to wait on my bank. I filed a police report and they told me that they will not issue me a refund because that is their policy.

Never pay for fastest shipping because a few hours after you pay, they send you an email that the product delayed and your money goes down the garbage

I never got my package or my money back so I wouldn’t know. Terrible customer service from Best Buy!!! I’ll never buy anything else there they took my money and did not care that I never got my package delivered!!!

Awful. 2 months in and it died. White light of death. 2 days outside of the return window and Best Buy told me to pound sand basically. Asked to speak with a manager. They told me it wouldn’t help.

I bought an open box item. The game and stands were not included. I spent hours talking to support. They told me to visit store. Stire said i had to pay more for a console with game. I cant believe this.

We’ll do to high demand y’all we’re out of stock and so order one , on the day of picking up the item y’all canceled the order and my grandson didn’t have a Christmas present so I was disappointed.
