The playstation itself is a wonderful product and very much an improvement over previous Playstation generations. The console seems to be far more responsive than my Xbox Series X and the adaptive triggers on the new Dual Shock controllers actually live up to the hype when the developers integrate those features into games. I highly recommend this console.

Can't beat a PS5, with Drive and Spiderman 2 for $449. Been having a great time with it, Played the 2 FF VII games as well as upgraded some of my PS4 games GOW Raganork and The Last of us 2 for $10 each and enjoyed those as well.

No problems with setting it up, the synergy between my older Sony 4K TV and sound bar basically just substituted for my old PS4. Picture quality is great, transferring my account from the PS4 to the PS5 was quick and easy. Adjusting to the new OS and controller was also easy. The clarity on the video is evident from the jump. And I can finally start stocking up on some movie upgrades!

In comparison, this thing looks and feels a lot better than the original with the same specs and power, but of course there are some upgrades like a little bit more memory and the whole Ultra HD blu-ray Drive. This bundle even throws in the new Spider-Man 2 game for free. I am more of an Xbox player, but I have always eventually bought a PlayStation as well tonplay their exclusives.

The disc drive can be very loud at times, vibrating my entire desk. While it is to be expected for new consoles these days, the setup process took a very long time. Needing to update the console itself, the controller, and having to stop and register the disc drive was very irritating when all I wanted to do was play Spider-Man. The console crashed twice during setup, but luckily this hasn't caused any issues that I am aware of. Additionally, I would've preferred to have the game disc instead of a digital download. The game took way longer than it should have to download, and this was because I realized after 1 hour that you have to manually tell the console to use the ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. Speaking of features that would be nice to have on a modern system, Bluetooth audio is completely missing from this system. Good console overall, but kind of a letdown for 500 dollars.
