The PS5 had a one day delay but i was kept up to speed on the deluvery date i received it with no issues and my son has enjoyed playing his system ever since so thank you

Full game download was not included and they said they couldn't give me one since it was an open box purchase. Other that that it is excellent

PS5 with Spiderman 2 is a great value! Happy to finally play this sequel to one of my favorite games. Would recommend to any Marvel or Sony fans.

Love it, no issues. Definitely recommend laying it horizontally to maintain your heat sink and extend the life of the device. This is my FIRST console and albeit pricey,im happy w the purchase

So here me out I was moping and my son was laying on the floor he moved I tripped over knocking down my husband ps5.... Lord the fear lol so i rush to best buy lol

Looks and works quite brilliantly, especially with my Samsung OLED TV. Bought the PS VR 2 soon after and it works quite good as well in my relatively large living room.

I've had such an incredible time playing on the PS5, I've already beaten 3 games since I bought it and am now on the verge of completing Spider-Man 2. The adaptive triggers are revolutionary.

Coming from an Xbox guy this system and its exclusives are top notch. The controller takes a bit to get used to but other than that it’s a perfect system for exclusives.

Just as described, and having the game bundled made this even more enticing. The reason for only 4 stars is because the packaging this came in, inside of the delivery box, was opened, and I was unsure if it had been tampered with or was an open box purchase that I did not opt for. So far the setup has been timely, but that's understandable given the amount of content it has to download for updates.

My son wanted a PS5; finally got him this on Black Friday. When he opens it up on Xmas it’s going to blow his mind. His fav character Miles Morales; I’m going to be the coolest dad around lol.

Really nice system, definitely an upgrade from the PS4. Installation was fast and simple, and the game downloaded easily! Was looking forward to this for a while and it didn’t disappoint

The device works well and the store added the cord I needed! I was sad because I purchased an open box item and did not realize that the Spider Man game was not included. The 4 starts are because the descriptions can be better for the open box items. However, the store was great! My husband plays his games and enjoys the space the machine has. The controller came with it and works well.

It’s really good video game all my family love it all of us get fun playing different kind of games on it the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is awesome I recommend it 100%

I waited for so long for buying a ps5 and couldn't waste the opportunity it was available with the spiderman 2 game. The outside box was a little bit damaged but everything inside was 100% good

This was a great product for my thirteen year old son. Ever since i got it for him he has been stuck in his room playing with it. This is one of the best things i have ever gotten my son.
