Great game system. Order process was easy. Would use Best Buy again.

We purchased this for my 16 year old son. He LOVES it! The best part is his PS4 games work on it. He says that load times are excellent- far better than the other.

Everything was in such good condition and the employees are so so kind and patient.

Had tonhave the power cord interface replaced after transporting to and from a friend’s house.

My son has enjoyed playing this since he got it for Christmas, i wish he hadn't already beaten the Spider-Man 2 game, but he is doing all the side missions so....

I know it might not be the spiderman 2 design console but it brings the game with it so that's all that matters. Really nice purchase.

Son loves his PlayStation 5. The wireless connection sometimes not the best. We are going to get direct connect it when we move to new home.
